These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and ONERROR, operated by Myung Gon Jung ("Operator," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the ONERROR platform located at onerror.live, including all associated digital products, applications, content, and features (collectively, the "Platform").
All purchases made through the Platform are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC, which acts as the merchant of record for all transactions. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.
"Platform" refers to the ONERROR website, web application, and any related digital interfaces operated by the Operator at onerror.live.
"Account" refers to the unique user profile created upon registration through the Platform's authentication system.
"Digital Product" refers to any downloadable or digitally accessible product offered for purchase through the Platform, including but not limited to PDF certificates, PDF worksheets, PNG image files, and permanent verification page URLs. All products are digital goods delivered electronically.
"Lemon Squeezy" refers to Lemon Squeezy, LLC, the merchant of record responsible for processing all payments, collecting applicable taxes, and handling refunds and chargebacks on behalf of the Operator.
"Referral Code" refers to the unique alphanumeric identifier assigned to each registered User for the purpose of the referral program.
"Membership Tier" refers to the classification system comprising Visitor, Member, Observer, Insider, and Sub-Producer levels, each with varying degrees of access and privileges within the Platform.
"Content" refers to all text, images, audio, video, data, code, designs, and other materials displayed on or transmitted through the Platform.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater, to create an Account and use the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
To access the Platform, you must register by providing a valid email address. Authentication is conducted exclusively through a passwordless magic link system. Upon successful verification, an Account will be created and a unique Referral Code will be automatically assigned to you.
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account. You agree to: (a) provide accurate and complete information during registration; (b) maintain the security and confidentiality of your Account access; (c) promptly notify the Operator of any unauthorized use of your Account; and (d) accept all risks of unauthorized access to your Account.
Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. The Operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate duplicate accounts without prior notice.
You may request the deletion of your Account at any time by contacting the Operator. Upon deletion, all associated data, including participation records and referral history, will be permanently removed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
ONERROR is a digital platform that creates and sells unique digital products to users worldwide. All products offered through the Platform are digital goods — specifically, downloadable files (PDF, PNG) and digitally accessible content (permanent verification pages) — that are delivered electronically upon completion of purchase and any applicable product workflow.
While the Operator endeavors to maintain continuous availability of the Platform, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation. The Platform may be subject to limitations, delays, and other problems inherent in the use of the internet. The Operator shall not be liable for any delays, delivery failures, or other damage resulting from such problems.
The Operator reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time, with or without notice, including the availability of any feature, database, or content. The Operator shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform.
Digital Products offered through the Platform are described on their respective product pages. The current primary product is "Second Character", a one-time digital certificate bundle. Upon completion of the product workflow, the purchaser receives the following deliverables:
Additional Digital Products may be added to the Platform in the future. Each product's specific deliverables, pricing, and details will be described on its product page at the time of offering.
All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD). The Operator reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price displayed at the time of purchase confirmation shall be the binding price for that transaction.
All payments are processed exclusively through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy is responsible for payment processing, sales tax collection, and PCI-DSS compliance. The Operator does not directly collect, store, or process any payment card information. By making a purchase, you agree to Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms & Conditions.
Digital Products are delivered through the Platform upon successful completion of the product workflow. All deliverables are available for immediate download or digital access through your Account dashboard. No physical goods are shipped.
Refunds for purchased Digital Products are governed by the Refund Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. Because Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy retains the right to issue refunds at its discretion as described in its Buyer Terms.
Each registered User is assigned a unique Referral Code upon account creation. Users may share their Referral Code with prospective users. When a new user registers using a valid Referral Code, both the referring user and the new user may receive benefits as determined by the Operator.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate Account termination: (a) creating multiple accounts to generate referral bonuses (self-referral); (b) using fake, temporary, or disposable email addresses; (c) automated or bot-driven referral generation; (d) misrepresenting the nature of the Platform to potential referrals; and (e) any other form of referral manipulation as determined by the Operator.
The Operator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
The Platform operates a tiered membership system. Each tier provides varying levels of access to Platform content, features, and Digital Products. Membership tiers are assigned based on criteria established by the Operator. Benefits associated with each membership tier are subject to change without notice.
All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to the ONERROR name, logo, design, text, graphics, icons, images, audio, video, software, code, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, are the exclusive property of the Operator and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Operator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not: (a) copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform; (b) reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform; (c) use the Platform for any commercial purpose without express written consent; (d) remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices; or (e) use any automated means to access the Platform, including bots, scrapers, or crawlers.
By submitting any content to the Platform (including but not limited to declarations, feedback, and proposals), you grant the Operator a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with the Platform.
You agree not to: (a) violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation; (b) impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation; (c) engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Platform; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform or any systems or networks connected thereto; (e) use the Platform to transmit any malware, viruses, or harmful code; (f) harass, abuse, or threaten other users; (g) collect or store personal data of other users without their consent; (h) use the Platform for any unauthorized commercial purpose; or (i) circumvent any technical measures implemented by the Operator to protect the Platform.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE OPERATOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
THE OPERATOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT: (A) THE PLATFORM WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS; (B) THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; (C) THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE PLATFORM WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE; OR (D) ANY ERRORS IN THE PLATFORM WILL BE CORRECTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE OPERATOR, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE PLATFORM; (C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE PLATFORM; OR (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE OPERATOR'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE PLATFORM EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO THE OPERATOR (THROUGH LEMON SQUEEZY) IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM; OR (B) ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD $100).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Operator and its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of another person or entity; or (d) any content you submit to the Platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For purchases processed through Lemon Squeezy, Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms may apply additional governing law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB). The seat of arbitration shall be Seoul, Republic of Korea.
The Operator may terminate or suspend your Account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation a breach of these Terms.
Upon termination: (a) your right to access and use the Platform will immediately cease; (b) the Operator may delete your Account data in accordance with the Privacy Policy; and (c) provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to Sections 7, 9, 10, 11, and 12.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Operator regarding the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and communications.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
The failure of the Operator to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without the prior written consent of the Operator. The Operator may assign these Terms without restriction.
The Operator shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, epidemics, pandemics, power failures, telecommunications failures, or internet disruptions.
All notices to the Operator shall be sent to contact@onerror.live. The Operator may provide notices to you via email to the address associated with your Account or through the Platform.
The Operator reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through the Platform or via email. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of modified Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
