This Refund Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms under which refunds are provided for Digital Products purchased through the ONERROR platform located at onerror.live (the "Platform"). This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the Terms of Service.
All purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC, which acts as the merchant of record. As the merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy retains the right to issue refunds at its sole discretion within 60 days of purchase in order to prevent chargebacks, as described in Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms & Conditions. This Policy operates alongside and does not override Lemon Squeezy's refund authority.
By making a purchase on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy.
All products sold through the ONERROR platform are digital goods — specifically, downloadable PDF files, PNG image files, and digitally accessible verification pages. Due to the nature of digital goods, refund eligibility is limited as described below. We encourage users to carefully review all product descriptions before making a purchase.
All purchases are processed in United States Dollars (USD). Refunds will be issued in the original currency of payment through Lemon Squeezy.
Approved refunds will be processed within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days from the date of approval. The actual time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider and financial institution. Refunds can take up to 10 days to appear on your statement.

As additional Digital Products are added to the Platform in the future, their specific refund conditions will be listed on their respective product pages and appended to this Policy.
You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances: (a) the Digital Product was not delivered as described on the Platform; (b) a technical error prevented you from accessing a purchased Digital Product; (c) you were charged multiple times for the same product due to a payment processing error; (d) the product was cancelled by the Operator before delivery; or (e) the refund request falls within the eligible window as specified in Section 2.
Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances: (a) you changed your mind after purchase; (b) you did not read or understand the product description before purchasing; (c) you are unable to complete the product workflow due to personal circumstances unrelated to the Platform; (d) you violated the Terms of Service, resulting in Account suspension or termination; (e) the refund request is made after deliverables have been generated and made available; or (f) the Digital Product has already been fully delivered.
In certain circumstances, the Operator may, at its sole discretion, offer a partial refund. Such decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and are final.
To request a refund, please contact us at contact@onerror.live with the following information: (a) the email address associated with your ONERROR Account; (b) the name and date of the purchased Digital Product; (c) the transaction ID or payment confirmation (if available); and (d) a description of the reason for the refund request.
Upon receipt of your refund request, the Operator will review the request and may contact you for additional information. The review process typically takes three (3) to five (5) business days. You will be notified of the decision via email.
Approved refunds will be processed through Lemon Squeezy and issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Because Lemon Squeezy acts as the merchant of record for all transactions on the Platform, the following applies:
(a) Lemon Squeezy reserves the right to issue refunds within 60 days of purchase at its sole discretion, in order to prevent chargebacks. This right exists regardless of this Policy.
(b) Lemon Squeezy is responsible for processing all refund payments. Refunds are deducted from the Operator's next payout (minus Lemon Squeezy's platform fee).

If you have a concern about a charge, we strongly encourage you to contact us at contact@onerror.live before initiating any chargeback or dispute with your payment provider. In most cases, we can resolve issues faster than the chargeback process.
Chargebacks are handled by Lemon Squeezy as the merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy will provide information to the payment provider on behalf of both parties. For more information, see Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms.
If the Operator cancels a Digital Product before it has been delivered, all purchasers will receive a full refund to their original payment method, processed through Lemon Squeezy.
Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit or exclude any consumer protection rights that may apply under the mandatory laws of your jurisdiction.
For residents of the Republic of Korea: refund rights under the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce (전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률) apply. Consumers may withdraw from a purchase within seven (7) days of receipt of digital content, provided that the content has not been accessed or used.
For residents of the European Union: you may have the right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within fourteen (14) days, unless you have expressly consented to the immediate provision of the digital content and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal. As stated in Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms: "by downloading or otherwise acquiring the product, you consent to immediate performance... and you acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the download or applicable transmission of the digital content has begun."
The Operator reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Platform. The refund terms applicable to a purchase are those in effect at the time of the purchase.
